“I’ve been learning how to play the harmonica with Bryn for nearly seven months. I am a thirty-one year old who suffered a severe traumatic brain injury when I was younger and as a result, experience some physical restriction. I came to Bryn as a player relatively new to the harmonica. Playing the instrument has been so liberating for me and has inspired me to really take care of myself. The breathing habits, which Bryn has helped me develop and the musical expression, while learning the harmonica have contributed to opening my eyes to potential and ability I didn’t know I had. In under a year, I have learned to play a great number of songs, which I wanted to learn. Also, I have learned to improvise in a number of different positions and playing along with other instruments.
